After graduating from the Ecole de la Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne in Paris in 2004 and gaining significant experience in Parisian Prêt-à-porter and Haute Couture houses, such as Christian Dior, Jean Charles de Castelbajac, Franck Sorbier, Givenchy and Morgan , Zorana Janjic was able to acquire the techniques and understanding of the most important aspects of the fashion industry. In 2005, she decided to change her environment and studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna.

Since 2007, she has been producing her own collections and developing the ZORANA JANJIC fashion line.

Between 2008 and 2013, she worked as head of the fashion design department at LOMOGRAPHY in Vienna. During this period, she presented her personal work as well as her work at Lomography at numerous exhibitions, shows and competitions.

In 2013, she received a grant from the Austrian Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture to create and develop a new personal collection, "Pleats Patterns". That same year, she returned to Paris.

In 2014, Zorana Janjic officially founded her brand. In its very first year, the brand struck a chord with its audience and enjoyed great success. She went on to win the 2014 Prix Mode Méditerranée and was nominated for the Grand Prix de la Création de la ville de Paris the same year. The designer is invited to Skopje Design Week 2014 and Algeria's Journées de la Mode 2015 to exhibit her collections. Zorana Janjic also attracted attention on the other side of the Atlantic, where she was invited to Vancouver Fashion Week 2015 for her first show.

Mediterranean Fashion Prize (MFP 2010-2018): a prize dedicated to designers from the Mediterranean basin, with a program of e-learning and expert guidance, leading to a week in Marseille with the entire graduating class.
