They also encourage Mediterranean and African cultural cooperation to promote knowledge and research, as well as creativity and know-how, by highlighting their eco-responsible potential, their sustainability, and their transformations in the age of emerging technologies.
The prizes are combined with various forms of funding and skills sponsorship over a two-year period to support the creative development of a brand and the scientific research work of doctoral students, researchers, historians and fashion journalists. In addition, MMM supports media visibility and undertakes cultural mediation work around the winning brands, based on projects of general interest.
Each prizewinner also benefits from the advice of leading figures from our strategic colleges, our jury, our partners and our Board of Directors, covering a broad spectrum of fields: creation, production, communication and image, intercultural exchanges, etc.
In a changing world, fashion is becoming an arena for reinventing heritages, transmitting know-how and fostering dialogue between cultures.
