Anchored in an open, trans-disciplinary creative ecosystem, Maison Mode Méditerranée (MMM ) stands out for its ability to bring together tradition and modernity, craftsmanship and innovation. It supports designers, researchers and committed players from the diversity of the Mediterranean and African shores, in the general interest, by promoting projects with a strong cultural and societal impact.
As a cultural platform and creative incubator, MMM has become a key institution, helping to redefine and enhance the contours of fashion that is more inclusive, sustainable and respectful of cultural identities.

La Maison Mode Méditerranée,
Endowment Fund
After 30 years of academic and institutional involvement, the Maison Mode Méditerranée, based in Marseilles, became the Maison Mode Méditerranée Endowment Fund in 2019, as part of a general-interest approach.
The Fund supports cultural and scientific projects carried out by institutions, teachers, researchers and designers united in the sharing of knowledge, the transmission of know-how and the sustainable transformation of the fashion professions.
The endowment fund defines and proposes calls for projects in the field of philanthropy and sponsorship, with the help of a network of international experts focusing on 3 areas of expertise:
- The ideation and cultural mediation of Mode
From 1989 to 2025, 47 monographic, heritage and current exhibitions are organized in collaboration with museums. - Supporting fashion design and know-how in the Mediterranean and Africa
MMM has set up a network of over 130 designers in 16 Mediterranean and African countries. - Research, training and transmission
4 educational partnerships have been signed with renowned academic institutions in France and Morocco, and 5 PhD students have been funded since 2019.
The Maison Mode Méditerranée endowment fund is committed to helping new forms of philanthropy emerge, by bringing together multi-disciplinary players and skills at the crossroads of fashion and society, creation and cultural action.
