A fashion, retail and e-commerce professional with a degree from ESSEC, Laurence Paganini has spent most of her career in retail, in particular with CARREFOUR (1997 to 2006).
In 2006, she was appointed head of the major perfume chain MARIONNAUD, before taking over the General Management of a major player in home shopping in the Fashion and Home sectors in 2009: 3 SUISSES, where she successfully led the company's e-commerce overhaul and the completion of its modernization in France and in the countries where 3 SUISSES is present.
She is a member of the Strategy Committee of the start-up Mesbonnescopines.com, and sits on the Board of ESSEC Alumni.
From 2015 to 2019, Laurence Paganini sits on the Board of Directors of Maison Mode Méditerranée (MMM). In 2020, Guillaume Ruby, Brand, Communications and Licensing Director of the Kaporal Group, joins the Board of Directors of the MMM Endowment Fund.
