Laurence Leenaert studied Fashion for 4 years at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Ghent, Belgium. In 2013, she joined the BLESS team in Berlin, and the same year launched her brand LRNCE, and began making her own bags. In 2015, she made the decision to move to Morocco to develop her brand, and work with local artisans. Since then, she has also been making hand-woven blankets, rugs, pillows, hand-painted ceramics, wooden mirrors, sandals, kimonos, offering a whole lifestyle. In 2017, LRNCE opened its first showroom in Marrakech, and welcomed a new associate Ayoub Boualam.
