After graduating from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp and training in architecture in Paris and Milan, Marion Vidal created her jewelry brand in 2005. Six years later, she was awarded the Grand Prix de la Création de la Ville de Paris. Based in a boutique-atelier in the capital's 9th arrondissement, she collaborates with other designers such as Céline and Lacoste.

"I asked myself a lot of questions before agreeing to take part in this adventure. In 2011, I had already been creating my brand for six years, and it was starting to gain a certain notoriety. I dreaded the idea of taking a week off a month for six months, but I forced myself to do it. I have an artistic background, and I learned how to run my business on the job. I came to Marseille with the main aim of getting advice on how to develop my company. I had to work even more rigorously to free up this time, but it was beneficial to take a step back. I was born in Montpellier, I've lived in Italy, and I feel Mediterranean at heart. My work is artisanal, linked to the earth, to colors; three notions dear to the history, culture and fashion of southern European clothing."

Mediterranean Fashion Prize (MFP 2010-2018): a prize dedicated to designers from the Mediterranean basin, with a program of e-learning and expert guidance, leading to a week in Marseille with the entire graduating class.
