A theatrical woman of rare sensitivity and modesty, she told me about her first Don Juan for the Aix-en-Provence Festival, her collaboration with the greatest stage directors Georges Wilson, Jean Vilar, Léonor Fini, and the couturiers of her generation Paco Rabanne, Hechter and Courrèges. A contentious woman of genius, she deconstructed established lines and invented a new body language based on simplified gestures for both streetwear and stagewear.
